Warranty Information
14-Day Replacement and 180-Day Limited Warranty (Hardware Product)
This voluntary manufacturer-backed policy applies to eligible hardware products (the "Product"). The Product is eligible for replacement within fourteen (14) days from the date of the original retail purchase, and is covered by a limited warranty for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of the original retail purchase.
If the Product is found to have a defect in workmanship or materials during the first fourteen (14) days after the original retail purchase, the manufacturer may provide a replacement unit of comparable type and quality that is new or equivalent to new in durability and performance.
If the Product is found to have a defect in workmanship or materials after the replacement period but within the one hundred eighty (180)-day warranty period, the manufacturer may repair the Product using new or remanufactured parts that may or may not be original, provided they meet equivalent durability and performance standards.
This limited warranty covers the labor and parts needed to remedy a Covered Defect. Any replacement unit, repaired unit, or replacement part continues only for the remaining portion of the original one hundred eighty (180)-day warranty period. Replacements or repairs do not extend the original coverage period.
Limitations on Implied Warranties
Except where consumer protection laws provide rights that cannot be excluded, this Limited Warranty does not create additional implied warranties, conditions, or terms. Any implied warranties required by applicable law (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the applicable replacement or one hundred eighty (180)-day warranty period described above, unless local law does not permit such limitations.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects, damage, inoperability, or other issues caused wholly or partly by:
- Accidental damage or external events beyond the manufacturer's control (including fire, natural disasters, or force majeure events);
- Cosmetic damage or consumable parts (for example, batteries);
- Normal wear and tear or damage due to natural aging of the Product;
- Improper use or handling, including misuse, neglect, abuse, unauthorized repair/modification/customization, unapproved cleaning or maintenance, improper storage, or failure to follow manufacturer specifications (including use with unapproved third-party components);
- Loss or corruption of data, digital assets, software, storage media, or any form of electronic currency (including cryptocurrency), whether related to malfunction, viruses, applications, drivers, code, unauthorized software, configuration, installation/reinstallation, or replacement of the Product;
- Any failure, repair, or loss covered under another warranty, service plan, or insurance.
Unless otherwise stated, this warranty does not apply to Products used for educational, rental, or industrial purposes, nor to demo/in-store units, or units sold "as-is." While the warranty may cover defects in operating system and firmware, it does not cover third-party applications/software. The manufacturer does not guarantee that repair or replacement can occur without loss of data stored on the Product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
- For any repair request, please contact the dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the Product.
- If you need a replacement within fourteen (14) days of purchase, please contact the dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the Product.
- When requesting replacement or warranty service, please be prepared to provide proof of purchase.
